PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. By accessing or using Hexorexa, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the platform immediately.
These Terms of Service are a legally binding agreement between you and Aditya Pahariya, operating independently as Hexorexa. By accessing hexorexa.com in any way, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer.
Hexorexa is an independent educational platform for embedded systems interview preparation. It is currently in active beta. Features, tools, content, and pricing may change at any time without notice. Beta access does not guarantee continued free access, feature availability, or data preservation. Hexorexa may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without liability.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using it, you confirm you are of legal age to enter a binding contract and that all information you provide is accurate.
All original content — including tool interfaces, custom code, written notes, problem sets, company interview guides, and the Hirability Scorecard — is the exclusive intellectual property of Aditya Pahariya / Hexorexa, protected under the Indian Copyright Act 1957. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence for personal non-commercial educational use only. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or sell Hexorexa-owned content without prior written permission.
The Platform curates and links to publicly available content from third parties (MIT OpenCourseWare, NPTEL, individual creators). Such content remains the property of its respective owners, subject to its own licensing terms. Hexorexa does not claim ownership over third-party content.
References to Google, Apple, NVIDIA, Qualcomm, Intel, Meta, Amazon, Broadcom, AMD, and Texas Instruments are made solely for educational interview preparation context. Hexorexa is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of these companies. All company names and trademarks are property of their respective owners. Their use constitutes nominative fair use for educational reference only — no commercial association is implied or intended.
THE RTOS SIMULATORS, HARDWARE CONFIGURATORS, AND FIRMWARE TOOLS ARE EDUCATIONAL APPROXIMATIONS ONLY. They do NOT accurately represent production RTOS behaviour, real hardware, or certified implementations. DO NOT use simulation outputs for actual engineering, hardware deployment, or safety-critical systems. Always consult official documentation (FreeRTOS, ARM, etc.) for production-grade accuracy.
Hexorexa does not guarantee interview success, job offers, salary increases, or any career outcome. Results depend entirely on individual effort and circumstances beyond Hexorexa's control.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEXOREXA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. FOR FREE-TIER USERS, HEXOREXA'S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED INR 100.
Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy at hexorexa.com/privacy.html. Progress and preferences are stored in your browser's localStorage on your local device only — never transmitted to any server. Hexorexa is not liable for loss of locally stored data. By submitting your email via any subscription form, you consent to receiving product update communications, which you may withdraw at any time by emailing contact@hexorexa.com.
The Platform is currently free during beta. When a Premium tier is introduced, no payment will ever be charged without your explicit consent. A minimum 7-day advance notice will be given before any currently-free feature becomes paid. In case of any price discrepancy between pages, the checkout price prevails.
Current indicative pricing (subject to change before launch):
- India: Rs 899/year or Rs 299 for 3 months
- International: $49/year or $19 for 3 months
These prices are not final. Final price will be confirmed at checkout.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hexorexa and Aditya Pahariya from any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, any applicable law, or any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be resolved through 30 days of good-faith negotiation, then subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
Hexorexa may modify these Terms at any time. The Last Updated date will reflect changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hexorexa.

These Beta Terms supplement the Hexorexa Terms of Service. By using the Platform during the beta period, you agree to these additional terms.
Beta access is provided free of charge to allow Hexorexa to gather feedback and improve the Platform. It does not constitute a commitment to provide any particular feature, service level, or pricing in any future version.
By submitting feedback through any channel, you grant Hexorexa a royalty-free, perpetual licence to use and incorporate that feedback without obligation to compensate you.
BETA FEATURES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY. USE OF BETA FEATURES IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Hexorexa may terminate the beta program or any individual's access at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.
